Frequently Asked Questions
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched on the day of purchase. We use 3 day delivery services but most orders arrive within a couple of days.
What packaging do you use?
We use sturdy and very robust record LP mailers. We wrap records in recyclable bubble wrap to minimise movement during transit. All packaging is recyclable.
Can you unpack the record/inner sleeve and place in the bubble wrap to avoid seam splits?
You can also contact us before placing your order to request that records be removed from their outer cover and placed, in their inner cover, into bubble wrap. This can avoid seam splits during transit where LPs inside their inner sleeve are loose and the sharp edge of the record damages the outer case. Some records are so sharp!
What if I change my mind?
You can send your record back unopened and in perfect condition for a full refund to your card used to make the purchase. The returns window is 30 days.
What if my items arrive damaged?
Very occasionally, shipping records can result in damage. If this happens, please send us photos of the damage, and we can arrange a refund, replacement or offer a discount where the damage is minor. Your choice.
