Collection: Tyler the Creator Vinyl Records – Albums & Reissues
Tyler, the Creator is one of the most creative and genuinely original artists in modern music — a rapper, producer, and visual artist who has built one of the most distinctive catalogues in hip-hop without ever making the same album twice. From the confrontational early mixtapes to the lush, orchestral beauty of Flower Boy and Igor, each record represents a deliberate leap forward. His production is immediately identifiable — layered, colourful, and cinematic — and on vinyl it translates beautifully, with a warmth and depth that rewards close listening.
This collection covers the essential Tyler studio albums on vinyl. If you're new to his work, Flower Boy or Igor are the places to start. If you already know those, the earlier records show where it all came from.

Best Tyler, the Creator Albums on Vinyl
Igor (2019)
His masterpiece. A concept album about heartbreak told through an alter-ego, blending hip-hop, funk, soul, and synth-pop into something completely its own. "EARFQUAKE," "A Boy Is a Gun," and "Gone, Gone / Thank You" are extraordinary. Won the Grammy for Best Rap Album and divided people who expected something more conventional — which is exactly why it's great.
Flower Boy (2017)
The turning point — the album where Tyler's production ambition and emotional honesty fully aligned. Lush, orchestral, and deeply personal. "See You Again," "911 / Mr. Lonely," and "Garden Shed" are among the finest tracks of his career. Essential on vinyl.
Call Me If You Get Lost (2021)
A DJ Drama-hosted road trip through Tyler's obsessions — luxury, identity, and craft. Looser and more freewheeling than Igor but equally detailed in production. "WILSHIRE" is one of his most emotionally raw tracks.
Chromakopia (2024)
His most recent album and another reinvention — grounded, reflective, and rooted in West African percussion and jazz textures. "St. Chroma," "Noid," and "Take Your Mask Off" show an artist still evolving. One of 2024's most talked-about vinyl releases.
Wolf (2013)
The conclusion of his early trilogy and the most ambitious of the three. Sprawling, narrative-driven, and packed with production ideas. "Awkward," "Answer," and "Lone" hint at the direction Flower Boy would later take.
Goblin (2011)
The debut proper — raw, confrontational, and deliberately provocative. Essential context for understanding where he came from, and the production is better than its reputation suggests.
