Greatest Hits is the definitive career-spanning compilation from Icelandic artist Björk, released on 4 November 2002 on One Little Indian. Spanning her first decade as a solo artist — from 1993's Debut through to Vespertine — the fifteen tracks were selected not by the label but by Björk's own fanbase through a poll on her website, making it one of the most genuinely democratic greatest hits collections of its era. All fifteen tracks had been released as singles, and the sequence runs in descending order of fan votes, closing with "It's in Our Hands" — the album's sole new composition.

The collection charts one of the most distinctive and consistently adventurous careers in contemporary music.
