Originally released in 1999, 13 marked a bold departure for Blur, embracing experimental textures and emotional depth. This remastered special edition is pressed on audiophile-grade 180g vinyl, housed in a gatefold sleeve with printed artwork inners. The album was produced by William Orbit and recorded across multiple studios including Studio Sýrland in Reykjavík and Sarm West Studios in London.

The sleeve features artwork by Graham Coxon, with additional design elements by Keith Albarn and Hans Jenny (Chladni circle imagery). Includes a download code for the album and bonus material in 320kbps MP3 format.
