Description

Prizefighter is the sixth studio album from Mumford & Sons, released on 20 February 2026 on Island Records and the band’s own Gentlemen of the Road imprint. Co-written and co-produced alongside Aaron Dessner of The National at his Long Pond Studio in upstate New York, the album sees the band continue the sonic evolution that has characterised their recent work — moving further from the banjo-driven folk-rock of their early records into something more expansive, layered, and emotionally open.

The album features an impressive roster of collaborators including Chris Stapleton, Hozier, Gracie Abrams, and Gigi Perez, reflecting Mumford & Sons’ ability to draw connections across the musical landscape.
