Description

Live From The Los Angeles Sports Arena, April 26th, 1975 captures Pink Floyd at full power during the tour that bridged Wish You Were Here and the sessions that would become Animals. The 16 tracks across two discs were recorded by the legendary bootlegger Mike Millard, whose discreet audience taping methods — including concealing equipment in a wheelchair — produced some of the most celebrated unofficial recordings of the 1970s.

The concert opens with early, unreleased versions of two songs that would later appear on Animals: "Raving and Drooling" (which became "Sheep") and "You've Got to Be Crazy" (which became "Dogs"), followed by a complete performance of the then brand-new Wish You Were Here material. The second disc delivers The Dark Side of the Moon in full, closing with the rarely performed "Echoes".

The audio has been meticulously restored and remastered by Steven Wilson. Originally released on Blu-ray as part of the Wish You Were Here 50th anniversary box set in 2025, this is the first standalone CD release of the performance.
