Waiting For The Sun is The Doors’ third studio album, originally released in 1968 and now reissued as part of the Rhino High Fidelity audiophile series. This edition is cut AAA from the original analogue master tapes by Kevin Gray at Cohearent Audio and pressed on 180-gram heavyweight vinyl at Optimal Media GmbH in Germany.

Packaged in a glossy gatefold jacket with a Japanese-style OBI-strip, it includes a collector’s insert featuring rare photos and liner notes compiled by Doors archivist David Dutkowski. The album features enduring classics like “Hello, I Love You,” “The Unknown Soldier,” and the explosive closer “Five To One.”
